Goblien

Gobliens are bipedal, amorphous creatures of unknown origin that landed their spaceships on Prin around -6000 PR. They have a mysterious kinship with goblins, and emulate goblin culture (as they see it). No consistent explanation for this, from goblien sources or otherwise, exists on record. Divination conclusively reveals that there IS a connection, however.

Gobliens are bright green, slightly translucent and around the height of goblins. They have thin, black antennae and simple darkened pits for eyes and mouths (they eat by osmosis). Though their eyesight is poor, they are able to sense their surroundings with accuracy using their antennae, which they also use for hearing. They have no nose and cannot smell at all.

They are able to cross-breed with many species, including goblins, gnomes, dwarves, scurvoids, nices and savannians. In roughly 99% of such pairings, the non-goblien parent carries the young through pregnancy and the result is a primarily non-goblien child with green skin, distinctive facial features and typical goblien antennae. In the rare instance where a goblien is the childbearer, the child "buds" from their parent until it fully forms and more closely resembles their goblien parent, though they are usually somewhat less amorphous.
